About the Role

We are seeking a highly driven and client-focused Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be the primary liaison between our clients and internal teams, ensuring the seamless delivery of services while driving client satisfaction, retention, and growth. The ideal candidate is an exceptional communicator with strong problem-solving skills and a passion for building long-term relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Relationship Management: Serve as the main point of contact for USA-based clients, building strong, trusting relationships through proactive communication and outstanding service.

  • Account Strategy: Understand client needs, goals, and expectations to create customized strategies for achieving their objectives.

  • Service Delivery Oversight: Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely, high-quality delivery of services and solutions that meet or exceed client expectations.

  • Performance Monitoring: Regularly track and analyze key performance metrics, providing clients with detailed updates, reports, and actionable insights.

  • Problem Solving: Address client challenges and concerns swiftly and efficiently, identifying opportunities for improvement and ensuring client satisfaction.

  • Growth & Upselling: Identify opportunities to expand client accounts by introducing additional services, aligning with their evolving business needs.

  • Documentation & Reporting: Maintain organized records of client communication, project progress, and service outcomes for accountability and transparency.

What We’re Looking For

  • 2+ years of experience in client-facing roles, such as Account Management, Client Success, or Customer Support.

  • Exceptional communication skills (both verbal and written) to interact with international clients effectively.

  • Strong problem-solving abilities with a client-first mindset.

  • Ability to understand client needs, identify opportunities, and deliver results.

  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, or GoHighLevel) is a plus.

  • A proactive, organized, and results-driven approach.

  • A passion for learning and staying up to date with the latest business and digital marketing trends.
