About the Role

We are seeking a creative and results-driven Facebook Ads Associate with 1 to 2 years of experience to join our digital marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Facebook Ads Manager and digital advertising strategies. The primary responsibility is to create, manage, and optimize Facebook ad campaigns to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, execute, and optimize Facebook advertising campaigns to achieve business goals.
Conduct audience research to create highly targeted ad campaigns.
Design and test ad creatives, headlines, and copy to improve performance and engagement.
Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and provide actionable insights for improvement.
Manage budgets and bids to ensure cost-effective campaigns.
Conduct A/B testing for ads and landing pages to maximize conversion rates.
Stay updated with the latest Facebook advertising trends, tools, and platform updates.
Prepare and deliver detailed performance reports to stakeholders.
Collaborate with the marketing team to align campaigns with broader marketing strategies.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
1 to 2 years of hands-on experience with Facebook Ads and paid social campaigns.
