Position Overview:

Join our dynamic team as a Facebook Ads Expert. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of creating, managing, and optimizing high-performing Facebook ad campaigns that align with our clients' goals and deliver measurable results.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, implement, and manage Facebook ad campaigns to achieve objectives such as brand awareness, lead generation, and sales conversions.
Conduct thorough audience research to target specific demographics, behaviors, and interests.
Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling ad visuals and copy that resonate with the target audience.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance using Facebook Ads Manager and other analytics tools.
Optimize campaigns by testing different ad formats, creatives, and targeting strategies to improve ROI.
Stay updated with the latest Facebook advertising trends, tools, and best practices.
Provide regular reports on campaign performance, insights, and recommendations.
Collaborate with other digital marketing teams to ensure a cohesive online strategy across multiple platforms.
Manage ad budgets efficiently, ensuring maximum returns on ad spend.

Skills & Experience:

Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in creating and managing Facebook ad campaigns.
Proficiency in Facebook Ads Manager and associated tools.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
Familiarity with A/B testing and other optimization techniques.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Knowledge of other social media advertising platforms is a plus.
