Position Overview

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Project Manager to join our team. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all aspects of project execution, from initiation to final deliverables. Your role will involve planning project timelines, monitoring progress, and ensuring quality standards are met. Your strong project management skills and proficiency with project management tools will be essential in achieving project success.

Key Responsibilities

Take accountability for the tactical management of projects, coordinating various project elements from initiation to final deliverables.
Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate project management tools. Create and monitor project plans to ensure project activities stay on track.
Keep track of all client projects using the latest project management tools such as Asana, Smartsheet, ClickUp, and Nifty.
Coordinate the development of web projects with clients and internal resources, ensuring effective collaboration.
Provide regular status updates to clients through communication platforms like Slack.
Set quality standards and ensure they are met during the design and development of projects.
Identify and escalate potential issues in a timely manner to facilitate problem-solving.

Skills and Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field. PMP or PRINCE2 certification is a plus.
Strong project management skills and proficiency in project management tools.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in project management.
