Position Overview

We are seeking a passionate and innovative R&D Software Engineer to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to research, design, and implement Proof of Concepts (POCs) to evaluate the feasibility of new client requirements. The ideal candidate is someone who thrives on exploring new technologies, problem-solving, and transforming ideas into tangible solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Requirement Analysis: Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to understand and analyze new requirements, ensuring a deep understanding of the challenges and objectives.
POC Development: Design and implement Proof of Concepts (POCs) to validate the technical feasibility, scalability, and viability of proposed solutions.
Technology Exploration: Research and experiment with emerging technologies, tools, and frameworks to identify the best approach for solving client requirements.
Feasibility Studies: Evaluate the potential of new ideas by conducting technical assessments, cost analyses, and risk evaluations.
Documentation: Prepare detailed documentation for the POC process, including solution design, challenges faced, and key learnings for future reference.
Collaboration: Work closely with product teams, developers, and clients to share findings and provide recommendations for implementation.
Presentation: Clearly communicate POC results to clients and stakeholders through presentations, demos, and reports.
Iteration: Refine solutions based on feedback from stakeholders and adapt POCs to align with evolving client needs

Skills & Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Experience: 2–5 years of experience in software engineering or R&D roles.
Proven experience in developing POCs or working on exploratory projects.
Technical Expertise: Proficiency in programming languages like Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, Java, or C#.
Experience with frameworks and tools such as React, Node.js, Django, or other relevant technologies.
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and DevOps practices.
Strong understanding of databases (SQL and NoSQL) and API integrations.
Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to think critically and propose creative solutions for complex problems.
Adaptability: Quick learner with the ability to work on diverse technologies and domains.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey technical concepts effectively.
