About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Software Sales Executive with 1 to 3 years of experience, preferably in B2B SaaS, custom software solutions, or mobile app development sales.Must have worked at least 6 months on bark.com or a relevant platform specifically in the mobile apps domain as a front sales executive. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets. The primary responsibility is to generate leads, engage with clients, and deliver exceptional sales results to drive business growth and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct in-depth discovery calls to understand client needs and propose relevant software solutions.

  • Prepare and deliver engaging sales presentations, proposals, and demonstrations.

  • Negotiate contracts, close deals, and ensure a seamless handover to the project management team.

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high customer satisfaction and repeat business.

  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to position our solutions effectively.

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to refine sales strategies and campaigns.

  • Consistently meet or exceed sales targets.

Qualifications:

  • Intermediate or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

  • 1 to 3 years of experience in software sales, preferably in B2B SaaS, custom software, or mobile app solutions.

  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets, with strong sales techniques and strategies.

  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, or Salesforce) to manage sales pipelines.

  • Experience selling in international markets (US, UK, or UAE) is highly desirable.

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a customer-focused approach.

  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills to address client concerns effectively.

  • Understanding of technical concepts related to software development is a plus.

  • Job Type: Full-time

    Timings: 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM
