We are currently seeking an Admin Officer to streamline our office operations and contribute to our growth and efficiency.
The Admin Officer at Carpe Diem will play a crucial role in supporting our team through a variety of administrative tasks. This position requires a highly organized individual who can manage office supplies, coordinate meetings, handle correspondence, and provide general support to ensure smooth daily operations.
Provide customer service and care to clients.
Conduct accurate and efficient data entry, maintaining and updating records and databases as required.
Offer general administrative support, including filing, managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and responding to emails and phone calls.
Create, update, and maintain spreadsheets, perform data analysis, and generate reports using Microsoft Excel.
Assist in creating and formatting presentations, reports, and documents.
Maintain and organize both physical and digital documents for easy retrieval.
Professionally interact with team members, clients, and vendors, both in writing and over the phone.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, demonstrating the ability to perform complex data analysis and use advanced functions.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
Strong problem-solving abilities.
Knowledge of office software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
Basic understanding of office management procedures.
Job Type: Full-time (Remote)
Shift Timings: 11 AM to 8 PM
Salary Range: Market Competitive
Educational Qualification: Minimum Bachelor's Degree (BSc., B.Com, MSc., M.Com)
Experience: 4-5 years in a relevant field
