Position Overview

We’re seeking a results-driven AI/ML Developer with 3 to 4 years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and deploying machine learning models. The ideal candidate should be passionate about data science, algorithm development, and AI-powered problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, train, and deploy machine learning and deep learning models for real-world applications
Work on NLP, computer vision, recommendation systems, and predictive analytics projects
Perform data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model tuning
Collaborate with data engineers, software developers, and stakeholders to integrate models into production environments
Stay updated on the latest research, tools, and frameworks in AI/ML
Monitor, evaluate, and continuously improve model performance
Document processes, models, and project workflows

Skills and Experience

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field
3 to 4 years of proven experience in machine learning and AI development
Proficient in Python and ML libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, Pandas, NumPy,
Experience with NLP, computer vision, and deep learning architectures (CNNs, RNNs, Transformers)
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and ML deployment tools (Docker, MLflow)
Strong problem-solving skills and mathematical foundation (statistics, linear algebra, calculus)
Experience in working with large-scale datasets and data pipelines
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
