The role
Carpe Diem is hiring a high ticket B2B sales closer to run qualified sales calls with US business owners and close them on our services.
Qualified leads are provided. You take the call, scope the deal, handle the objection, and close.
What you sell
Lead generation, AI agents and app development, and remote staffing.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct high-level, consultative 30 to 45 minute sales calls with US prospects over Zoom or Google Meet
Manage and execute structured, persistent follow-ups with pipeline leads who did not close on the first call
Maintain clean data entries and tracking statuses within our CRM system
Hit standard performance targets, aiming for a 40%+ closing rate on qualified bookings

Compensation
Total earning potential of $8,000+ per month. Base plus uncapped commission.
