Position Overview

We are seeking a creative and visionary Creative Manager to lead our Graphic Designing and Video Editing department.

This senior role is ideal for an individual who excels in both graphic design and video production, demonstrates strong leadership, and possesses the ability to understand and translate clients’ visions into compelling visual solutions.

The Creative Manager will oversee the creative process for client projects, ensuring all visual content elevates client brands and drives measurable ROI.

Skills and Experience

Lead and manage a team of graphic designers and video editors, overseeing all client projects from concept through to completion.
Engage directly with clients to understand their vision, project scope, and business objectives.
Develop and implement creative and design strategies tailored to each client’s brand, ensuring all deliverables support brand uplift and ROI.Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques.
Review and approve design and video outputs, ensuring alignment with client expectations and Carpe Diem’s quality standards.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure cohesive and effective execution of client campaigns and projects.
Train and mentor creative team members, providing constructive feedback and fostering professional growth.
Manage multiple projects, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality outputs that meet or exceed client expectations.
Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, technologies, and best practices to continually enhance creative output.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, Video Editor, or similar creative role with at least 5 years in the industry and 2+ years in a leadership position.
Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in graphic design and video editing for diverse client projects.
Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, etc.), Canva, and CapCut.
Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and manage a creative team.
Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple client priorities.
Ability to understand client vision and business goals, and translate them into effective creative strategies.
Creative and strategic thinker with meticulous attention to detail.
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Video Production, Fine Arts, Media Sciences, or related field.
