We're seeking a skilled DevOps Engineer with strong Azure expertise to join our team and support our US-based clients. You'll be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining cloud infrastructure while ensuring high availability, security, and scalability of client environments.
Infrastructure & Cloud Management
Design, build, and manage Azure cloud infrastructure and automation solutions
Ensure adherence to SLAs and maintain optimal system performance and uptime
Implement and maintain infrastructure security, ensuring environments are secure, reliable, and scalable
Troubleshoot and resolve issues across the tech stack including Linux, networking, load balancing, and Azure services
Optimize cloud costs through efficient resource utilization and architecture design
CI/CD & Automation
Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, Jenkins, or similar tools
Develop infrastructure as code using Terraform, ARM templates, or Bicep
Automate deployment of applications, system configurations, and security settings
Create and manage containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes (AKS)
Implement configuration management using Ansible, Chef, or similar tools
Collaboration & Operations
Work closely with development teams to ensure environments meet requirements and follow best practices
Lead urgent issues and projects, ensuring clear communication with all stakeholders
Provide direct server support during deployments and production operations
Develop and implement environments for development, QA, staging, and production
Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation
Implement monitoring, alerting, and logging solutions for proactive issue detection
Experience & Education
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
4-8 years of hands-on DevOps experience in professional environments
Strong experience administering Azure cloud environments (primary focus)
Working knowledge of AWS is a plus
Technical Skills
Azure Services: Virtual Machines, App Services, AKS, Azure DevOps, Key Vault, Storage, Networking, Monitor
Infrastructure as Code: Terraform, ARM Templates, or Bicep
CI/CD Tools: Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitHub Actions
Containerization: Docker, Kubernetes/AKS
Configuration Management: Ansible, Chef, or Puppet
Scripting: PowerShell, Bash, Python (intermediate level)
Linux Administration: Ubuntu, CentOS, RHEL
Version Control: Git, Azure Repos
Soft Skills
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Process-oriented with strong documentation habits
