Position Overview

The HR Manager – Operations will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day HR operations, managing the recruitment process, ensuring compliance, handling employee grievances, complaints, and supporting performance management processes. This is a key role requiring a proactive, organized, and people-focused professional capable of driving operational excellence in a remote-first environment.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and streamline daily HR operations
Monitor attendance, leaves, and performance records using HR tools
Coordinate payroll and employee benefits with relevant teams
Ensure compliance with internal standards and regulatory requirements
Address and resolve employee grievances and complaints professionally
Oversee end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes
Support performance management processes, including evaluations, feedback cycles, and performance tracking
Collaborate with department heads to meet staffing and operational needs

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources or a related field
3 to 4 years of experience in HR operations, recruitment, and performance management
Strong understanding of compliance and grievance handling processes
Proficiency in HRMS and performance tracking tools
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and coordination skills
Experience working in a remote environment is a plus
