Position Overview

The MTO – Marketing will undergo a comprehensive training program involving practical exposure to marketing operations, campaign execution, client coordination, and internal processes. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or early-career professionals who are eager to learn, adapt, and grow in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • ⁠Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns and activities.

  • ⁠Support the team in client coordination, communication, and follow-ups.

  • Conduct market research and analyze trends to support marketing strategies.

  • ⁠Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation as required.

  • Collaborate with internal teams including sales, design, and content.

  • Learn and apply company tools, systems, and SOPs effectively.

  • Participate in training sessions, workshops, and performance evaluations.

  • Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks and projects.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Education: BBA / MBA (Marketing) from a reputable university.

  • Academic Background: O/A Levels preferred.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Basic understanding of marketing concepts and business fundamentals.

  • Eagerness to learn, grow, and take initiative.

  • Good interpersonal and teamwork skills.

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Type: Full-Time

Shift Timing: 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM

Salary Range: Market Competitive
