Position Overview
The MTO – Marketing will undergo a comprehensive training program involving practical exposure to marketing operations, campaign execution, client coordination, and internal processes. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or early-career professionals who are eager to learn, adapt, and grow in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns and activities.
Support the team in client coordination, communication, and follow-ups.
Conduct market research and analyze trends to support marketing strategies.
Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation as required.
Collaborate with internal teams including sales, design, and content.
Learn and apply company tools, systems, and SOPs effectively.
Participate in training sessions, workshops, and performance evaluations.
Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks and projects.
Qualifications & Requirements
Education: BBA / MBA (Marketing) from a reputable university.
Academic Background: O/A Levels preferred.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Basic understanding of marketing concepts and business fundamentals.
Eagerness to learn, grow, and take initiative.
Good interpersonal and teamwork skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
