We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager with 4 to 6 years of expertise in sales and team leadership to join our organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans, driving revenue growth, and leading the sales team to achieve organizational objectives. This role requires excellent communication, strategic thinking, and a proven track record of success in managing sales teams.
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve organizational goals and revenue targets.
Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to ensure individual and team success in meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive activities to identify new business opportunities and drive growth.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Conduct regular performance reviews, provide coaching, and develop training programs to enhance the skills of the sales team.
Monitor sales metrics and prepare detailed reports for senior management, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Oversee the use of CRM tools to track sales activities, manage pipelines, and ensure accurate reporting.
Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to align sales strategies with organizational goals.
Handle high-level customer inquiries, escalations, and negotiations to secure business deals.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
4 to 6 years of experience in sales, with at least 3 years in a managerial or leadership role.
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and driving team performance.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and develop a high-performing sales team.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a customer-focused approach.
Proficiency in CRM tools, Microsoft Office Suite, and sales analytics.
Ability to analyze market trends and data to develop effective sales strategies.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to handle high-pressure situations.
Type: Full-Time Remote
Shift time: 7PM to 4AM
