Position Overview

We are seeking a Senior Digital Marketing Executive with a strong focus on client management to join our team. This role involves overseeing digital marketing strategies for our clients, ensuring their needs are met, and maintaining high levels of client satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in digital marketing, coupled with exceptional interpersonal and management skills.

Skills and Experience

  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients regarding all digital marketing initiatives.

  • Develop, implement, and manage marketing campaigns that promote our clients' brands.

  • Manage client expectations, deliverables, and communications throughout the lifecycle of digital marketing campaigns.

  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure campaign alignment with the client’s goals and objectives.

  • Provide ongoing analysis and report on campaign performance to clients and internal stakeholders.

  • Conduct client presentations and reports effectively to detail strategy, progress, and results.

  • Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts and collaborate with sales teams to secure upsells and renewals.

  • Maintain a high level of client retention and satisfaction through proactive management and problem-solving.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3-4 years of experience in digital marketing.

  • Master’s Degree or MBA.

  • Demonstrable experience managing SEO/SEM, email, social media, and/or paid campaigns.

  • Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategy, and best practices.

  • Experience in handling client relationships and understanding client needs.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with various stakeholders.

  • Strong analytical skills to evaluate end-to-end customer experiences.

  • Adept at project management and multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment.

  • Shift Timings: 11 AM to 8 PM
