Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Senior Sales Executive with 2 to 3 years of proven expertise in sales to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership qualities, excellent communication skills, and a solid track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. The Senior Sales Executive will play a key role in driving revenue growth, mentoring junior sales team members, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead by example in engaging with customers, identifying their needs, and providing tailored product recommendations to close sales and exceed individual and team targets.

  • Mentor and support junior sales team members by providing guidance, training, and feedback to help them achieve their goals.

  • Build and maintain long-term customer relationships by delivering exceptional service and fostering trust and loyalty.

  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and product knowledge to provide customers with accurate and valuable information.

  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics and reports, ensuring accurate tracking in the CRM system.

  • Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints professionally, ensuring resolution and customer satisfaction.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and operations, to streamline processes and enhance customer experiences.

Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

  • 2 to 3 years of experience in sales, with a demonstrated ability to lead and mentor a sales team.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on consultative selling and customer engagement.

  • Proven track record of consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets.

  • Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and data analysis tools.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to resolve escalated customer issues effectively.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Additional Information:

Type: Full-Time

Shift time: 7PM to 4AM

Salary Range: Market Competitive + Short Term & Long Term Benefits
