Position Overview
We are looking for creative and experienced Architects to join our growing team. In this role, the incumbent will be responsible for designing functional, safe, and aesthetically compelling structures for our clients across the USA. The incumbent will lead projects from initial concept through to completion, working collaboratively with clients, engineers, and drafting teams to deliver outstanding architectural solutions that meet both vision and code compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Develop architectural designs, concepts, and construction documents for residential, commercial, or mixed-use projects
Lead projects from schematic design through design development, construction documents, and project closeout
Collaborate with clients to understand project goals, budgets, and timelines, and translate requirements into design solutions
Coordinate with structural, MEP, and civil engineers to ensure design integration and technical accuracy
Prepare and review detailed drawings, specifications, and models using AutoCAD, Revit, or similar software
Ensure all designs comply with applicable building codes, zoning regulations, and accessibility standards
Manage and mentor junior architects, CAD drafters, and design staff throughout project lifecycles
Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor construction progress and ensure adherence to design intent
Prepare project proposals, presentations, and reports for client and stakeholder review
Stay current with industry trends, materials, sustainable design practices, and emerging technologies
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution
Licensed Architect (RA) or eligibility to obtain licensure; NCARB certification preferred
Minimum 3-5 years of professional architectural experience
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite
Strong knowledge of building codes, zoning laws, and construction practices
Experience with LEED or sustainable design principles is a plus
Excellent design sensibility combined with strong technical and documentation skills
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
Strong communication and presentation skills for client-facing interactions
Collaborative mindset with the ability to lead and work effectively within cross-functional teams
