Position Overview

We are looking for an Assistant Manager - Talent Acquisition to join our team. As the Assistant Manager - Talent Acquisition, you will be driving force behind our talent acquisition efforts and playing a crucial role in sourcing top-tier talent to fuel our company's growth. Collaborating closely with hiring managers and HR, you'll develop innovative recruitment strategies, conduct targeted candidate searches, and ensure a seamless hiring process.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute recruitment strategies in alignment with organizational goals.
Source candidates through various channels and conduct initial screenings.
Build relationships with candidates and maintain a talent pipeline for future needs.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand hiring requirements and provide recruitment support.
Analyze recruitment data to evaluate effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred).
3-4 of experience in talent acquisition preferably in an IT firm
Proficiency in recruitment techniques, sourcing strategies, and candidate assessment.
Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a dynamic environment.
