We are looking for a confident, results-driven Cold Caller to join our lead generation team. In this role, the incumbent will be responsible for reaching out to prospective clients across the USA, generating qualified leads, and setting appointments for the sales team. The incumbent will serve as the first point of contact for potential clients, representing Carpe Diem professionally while effectively communicating our value proposition.
Make high-volume outbound calls to prospective clients across the USA to generate qualified leads
Follow structured call scripts while adapting communication style to engage different types of prospects
Identify decision-makers within target organizations and initiate meaningful conversations
Qualify prospects based on defined criteria and schedule appointments for the sales team
Accurately log all call activity, outcomes, and prospect information in the CRM system
Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly call and lead generation targets
Handle objections professionally and persistently to maintain prospect engagement
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine messaging and improve conversion rates
Provide feedback on prospect responses and market trends to support strategy improvements
Maintain a thorough understanding of Carpe Diem's services to communicate value effectively
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
1-2 years of experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or outbound sales (US market experience preferred)
Excellent verbal communication skills in English with a neutral or American accent
Strong persuasion and objection-handling abilities
Comfortable working in a target-driven, fast-paced environment
Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
Self-motivated with a positive attitude and resilience to handle rejection
Ability to work night shifts aligned with US business hours
Strong attention to detail when logging calls and updating prospect records
Prior experience in lead generation for SaaS or digital services is a plus
Type: Full-Time
Timings: 7:00PM to 4:00AM
Working Days: Monday to Friday
