Responsibilities

Develop and implement data-driven digital marketing strategies tailored to client objectives, driving measurable growth.
Lead performance marketing campaigns across Meta, Google, LinkedIn, and YouTube, focusing on maximizing ROI and conversion rates.
Provide strategic guidance and expert insights on digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices to internal teams and clients.
Mentor and train our marketing team, sharing advanced techniques and strategies in performance marketing, funnel building, and automation.
Analyze campaign performance data and generate actionable insights to optimize and enhance campaign outcomes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end marketing strategies, ensuring smooth execution from planning to implementation.
Stay up-to-date with digital marketing advancements, ensuring Carpe Diem remains at the forefront of marketing innovation.

Qualifications

7+ years of experience in digital marketing with a strong focus on performance marketing and strategy.
Proven track record of managing successful digital campaigns across multiple platforms with hands-on experience in Go High Level.
Exceptional leadership and communication skills with a demonstrated passion for mentoring and developing marketing talent.
Strong analytical skills with experience using tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and other performance measurement platforms.
Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic team environment and provide strategic input that drives results.
