Position Overview

As an HR Business Partner at Carpe Diem, you will play a crucial role in shaping our company's future, ensuring that our human resources initiatives and strategies are aligned with our business goals in the IT & Software Development sector. You will be instrumental in driving HR functional excellence, process improvement, and achieving recruitment targets. We are looking for a proactive, strategic professional who excels in a fast-paced environment and is adept at managing multiple stakeholder relationships.

Skills and Experience

Act as a consultant to management on human resource-related issues and act as an employee champion and change agent.
Analyze trends and metrics within the HR department to develop solutions, programs, and policies.
Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues. Conduct effective, thorough, and objective investigations.
Provide day-to-day performance management guidance to line management (e.g., coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions).
Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, increase productivity and retention.
Provide HR policy guidance and interpretation.
Develop contract terms for new hires, promotions, and transfers.
Assist international employees with expatriate assignments and related HR matters.
Participate in evaluation and monitoring of training programs to ensure success. Follow up to ensure training objectives are met.
Drive the achievement of recruitment targets by developing and implementing strategies that attract top-tier talent.

Qualifications

Proven experience as an HR Business Partner with a minimum of 3-5 years in a similar role.
Broad knowledge of human resources functions, from hiring to onboarding and from employee compensation to evaluation.
Experience with HR metrics and data-driven decision-making.
In-depth understanding of local employment law and familiarity with the wider legal framework for HR.
Excellent people management skills and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
Analytical and goal-oriented, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of persuading and influencing key stakeholders.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
