We are currently seeking an HR Executive to streamline our HR operations and contribute to our growth and efficiency.

Position Overview

The Hr Executive at Carpe Diem will play a crucial role in supporting our teams through a variety of executive tasks. This position requires a highly organized individual who can manage human resource operations, create referral programs, overseeing our hiring processes, and provide general support to ensure smooth daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations of the HR department.
Design compensation and benefits packages.
Measure employee retention and turnover rates.
Assess training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives for all employees
Assist in creating and formatting presentations, and reports.
Maintain and organize both physical and digital documents for easy retrieval.
Professionally interact with teams, both in writing and over the phone.

Skills and Experience:

BSc/MSc in Human Resources Management or relevant field.
Familiarity with Human Resources Management Systems and Applicant Tracking Systems.
Experience with full-cycle recruiting.
Understanding of office management procedures.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
