We are currently seeking an HR Operations Specialist to streamline our HR operations and contribute to our growth and efficiency.
Position Overview
The HR Operations Specialist at Carpe Diem will play a crucial role in supporting our teams through a variety of operational tasks. This position requires a highly organized individual who can manage human resource operations, create referral programs, overseeing our hiring processes, and provide general support to ensure smooth daily operations.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end payroll processing and resolve payroll-related queries.
Handle employee grievances with professionalism and confidentiality.
Process employee advances and loans as per company policies.
Manage day-to-day HR operations and complete employee lifecycle activities.
Maintain accurate employee records using HR software and HRMS platforms.
Ensure adherence to HR policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
Act as the primary point of contact for HR operational support in a remote setup.
Skills and Experience:
BBA / MBA in Human Resources Management or relevant with 3–5 years of experience in HR operations with hands-on payroll exposure
Proven experience working with HR software / HRMS and payroll systems
Strong experience handling employee grievances and HR operational matters
Knowledge of payroll processes and labor compliance
Experience managing employee advances and loan processes
Proficiency in MS Excel and strong attention to detail
Additional Information:
Job Type: Full-time (Remote)
Shift Timings: 11 AM to 8 PM
Salary : Market Competitive + Short Term & Long Term Benefits
