Position Overview

We are looking for a proactive and driven Sales Representative with 2 to 3 years of experience to join our sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new sales opportunities, maintaining relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets. The role requires excellent communication and negotiation skills, along with a deep understanding of sales processes and strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.

  • Present and demonstrate products or services to clients, highlighting key features and benefits to meet their needs.

  • Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets by closing deals and securing new business.

  • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify potential opportunities or threats.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales performance metrics in the CRM system.

  • Negotiate terms and conditions of sales agreements to maximize profit margins while ensuring customer satisfaction.

  • Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Intermediate or Bachelor's degree or (B.Com) or related field.

  • 2 to 3 years of experience in sales or customer service roles.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage and persuade clients.

  • Strong understanding of sales techniques, strategies, and processes with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.

    Ability to identify client needs and provide effective solutions to close sales.

  • Job Type: Full Time

  • Shift Timings: 07:00 PM to 03:00 AM

  • Location: Remote

  • Salary Range: Market Competitive
