Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are looking for a seasoned and execution-focused Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team at Carpe Diem. In this role, the incumbent will be responsible for driving end-to-end recruitment across multiple functions, building robust candidate pipelines, and ensuring a steady flow of high-quality talent to support the organization's rapid growth. This is a hands-on recruitment role — not a coordination position — and requires someone who takes full ownership of the hiring process from sourcing through to offer.
Own and execute the full recruitment lifecycle including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management
Proactively source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, social media, referrals, and headhunting to build strong talent pipelines
Develop and maintain a structured, qualified resume and talent database for current and future hiring needs
Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, define candidate profiles, and align on selection criteria
Screen resumes and conduct initial assessments to evaluate candidate fit against role requirements and cultural alignment
Coordinate and facilitate interviews, assessments, and feedback sessions to ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process
Track and manage candidate pipelines across multiple open positions simultaneously using ATS or recruitment tools
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey, maintaining timely communication at every stage
Provide regular hiring updates, pipeline reports, and recruitment metrics to the HR leadership team
Contribute to employer branding initiatives to strengthen Carpe Diem's presence as an employer of choice
BBA or MBA with a specialization in Human Resources from a recognized institution
O/A Levels academic background preferred
3–4 years of core, hands-on recruitment experience — candidates with coordination-only backgrounds will not be considered
Demonstrated ability to independently manage end-to-end hiring across multiple roles and functions simultaneously
Proven experience building and maintaining a structured talent database and qualified candidate pipeline
Strong sourcing skills with hands-on experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and direct headhunting approaches
Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment management tools
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage confidently with candidates and hiring managers
High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
A proactive, ownership-driven mindset with a genuine passion for connecting the right people to the right opportunities
