Position Overview

We are seeking a creative and dynamic Team Lead for our Graphic Designing and Video Editing department. This role requires an individual who not only excels in graphic design and video production but also demonstrates strong leadership capabilities. The ideal candidate will oversee the creative process, guide a team of talented designers and editors, and ensure that all visual content aligns with client objectives and company standards.

Skills and Experience

Lead and manage a team of graphic designers and video editors, overseeing all projects from concept through to completion.
Ensure the creative vision and brand guidelines are consistently applied across all visual outputs.
Develop and implement design strategies to enhance the company’s client-facing visual content.
Review and approve designs, artwork, photography, and graphics developed by team members.
Collaborate closely with marketing and content teams to create cohesive designs that reflect our clients’ goals.
Train and mentor team members, providing feedback and encouraging professional growth.
Manage multiple projects, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality outputs.
Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, technologies, and best practices.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, Video Editor, or similar role with at least 5 years in the industry and 2+ years in a leadership position.
Strong portfolio showcasing high-level graphic design and video editing skills.
Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, etc.), Canva, and CapCut.
Excellent leadership and communication skills to inspire and manage a creative team.
Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
Creative and strategic thinker with attention to detail.
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Video Production, Fine Arts, Media Sciences, or related field.
