Zoho Administrator
We are seeking a skilled Zoho Administrator to manage and maintain our Zoho suite of applications. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise and a deep understanding of Zoho products, ensuring that our systems run smoothly and efficiently to support our business operations.
As a Zoho Administrator at Carpe Diem, you will play a crucial role in shaping our company's future by ensuring that our Zoho platform initiatives and strategies align with our business goals in the IT & Software Development sector. You will be instrumental in driving Zoho functional excellence, process improvement, and achieving system optimization targets. We are looking for a proactive, strategic professional who excels in a fast-paced environment and is adept at managing multiple stakeholder relationships.
Administer and manage the Zoho CRM, Zoho Desk, Zoho Books, Zoho Projects, and other Zoho applications.
Configure and customize Zoho applications to meet business requirements.
Monitor system performance and implement necessary updates and patches.
Conduct training sessions for employees to enhance their understanding and use of Zoho applications.
Provide technical support to users and resolve any issues related to Zoho applications.
Ensure data integrity and security within the Zoho applications.
Develop and maintain workflows, automation rules, and custom functions to streamline business processes.
Manage API connections and ensure seamless data flow between systems.
Implement security measures to protect sensitive data and maintain confidentiality.
Generate and analyze reports to provide insights into business performance.
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science with 3 to 4 years of experience
Zoho Certification and knowledge of CRM, ERP and other business applications would be preferred.
In-depth knowledge of Zoho applications, including Zoho CRM, Zoho Desk, Zoho Books
Strong understanding of database management and data security principles.
Proficiency in creating workflows, automation rules, and custom functions within Zoho.
Experience with API integrations and managing third-party application connections.
Job Type: Full-time (Remote)
Shift Timings: 05:00 PM to 02:00 AM
