The Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative and personal support to the Chairman, ensuring smooth and efficient management of daily tasks, schedules, and priorities. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, discretion, professionalism, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities with a calm and proactive approach. The ideal candidate will be dependable, detail-oriented, and experienced in executive-level coordination.
The Executive Assistant will play a critical role in supporting international clients through effective communication, project coordination, and client relationship management. This position is ideal for someone who is organized, tech-savvy, and confident in handling international interactions.
Manage and organize the Chairman’s daily calendar, appointments, commitments, and travel schedules.
Coordinate, prioritize, and follow up on day-to-day tasks and special assignments.
Prepare meeting agendas, assist in meetings, take minutes, and ensure timely follow-through on action items.
Handle all correspondence emails, calls, and communication on behalf of the Chairman when required.
Manage personal tasks including purchasing personal goods, arranging deliveries, and handling errands.
Coordinate personal and professional travel arrangements including flights, accommodation, transportation, and itinerary planning.
Maintain and organize documentation, confidential files, and records.
Liaise with internal teams, vendors, and external stakeholders professionally on behalf of the Chairman.
Ensure smooth execution of daily operations by providing proactive administrative support.
Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university.
3–4 years of proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar executive-level role.
Strong command of English both written and verbal.
Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.
Proficient in MS Office Suite, Google Workspace, scheduling tools, and digital communication platforms.
High level of confidentiality, integrity, and professionalism.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Must be proactive, trustworthy, and capable of working under pressure.
Ability to manage both office-related and personal tasks with efficiency.
Job Type: Full-time
Shift Timings: 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM
