Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Front Sales Executive with 2 to 3 years of experience to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a strong background in sales. The primary responsibility is to engage with customers, understand their needs, and provide exceptional service to drive sales and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Greet and assist customers as they enter the store or contact us through various channels, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience.
Identify customer needs, provide product recommendations, and close sales to meet or exceed sales targets.
Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and promotions to effectively communicate benefits and features to customers.
Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a professional and efficient manner.
Work closely with other sales team members and departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Qualifications

Intermediate or Bachelor's degree or (B.Com) or related field.
2 to 3 years of experience in sales or customer service roles.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer-centric approach.
Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets with a strong understanding of sales techniques and strategies.
Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to handle customer complaints and resolve issues effectively.
